This Privacy Policy explains how Chisel Fitness India Pvt Ltd ("Chisel", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use chiselestore.com (the "Site"). • Payment information: online payments are processed through PayU . Your card, UPI or banking credentials are collected and processed on PayU's secure systems; Chisel does not store full card or banking credentials. We receive transaction details such as the payment reference, amount and status.
• Order history and support conversations: what you bought, and any emails or messages you send our support team.
• Technical data: standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies needed for the store to function — for example, keeping items in your cart.

2. How we use it

• To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to send you order updates.
• To handle returns, refunds and support requests.
• To issue GST invoices and meet our legal and tax obligations.
• To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
• To improve the store — always on aggregated, non-identifying data.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

• PayU — to process online payments, payment status updates and refunds.
• Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so your order can be delivered.
• Partner brands — aggregated sales data only; brands do not receive your personal contact details.
